Preliminary Agenda
Friday, August 14
Registration: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Daytime: Opening & Inter-Club Lunch (Noon – 2:00 PM), followed by Breakout Sessions
Evening: Enjoy a DaVinci Museum tour, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages at 5:00 PM, leading into the Boathouse Dinner from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Wrap up the night in the Family Room (Hospitality Suite).
Saturday, August 15
Morning: Kick off with a Meet and Greet and Service Project at 8:30 AM, followed by morning Breakout Sessions.
Afternoon: Foundation Lunch at Noon, Division Caucus at 1:30 PM, and House of Delegates from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
Evening: Celebrate at the Governor’s Dinner from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, followed by the Family Room (Hospitality Suite).
Sunday, August 16
Morning: CLE Training from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
