Rocky Mountain District Distinguished Criteria 2023-2024
Division Recognition (Must complete 3 out of 4) ● Achieve a net gain of 5% within the division during the administrative year. ● Open/reactivate one new service leadership program club in division. ● Have representation from 50% of clubs in the division at Midyear ● Have representation from 50% of clubs in the division at the International Convention in Denver.
Club Recognition (Must complete 4 out of 5) ● Achieve a net gain of 5% during the administrative year. ● Develop the leadership of the club. Demonstrate this by having the president, secretary, and treasurer complete the Club Leadership Education training (in person or virtual). ● Have a youth protection or risk management training (in person or virtual) during a club meeting. ● Re-establish or start a service leadership program within your division. ● Send a contingent of at least 2 club members to either Midyear or Kiwanis International Convention.
Member Recognition (Must complete 3 out of 5) ● Sponsor 2 new members into any Rocky Mountain District Kiwanis club during the administrative year. ● Assist in the building of any new club in your division. ● Attend Club Coaching training. ● Attend either the Rocky Mountain District Midyear Convention or Kiwanis International Convention. ● Have a current background check through Kiwanis International
